Isn't it funny that so many colors are described by food? Think of how often you describe hair color: chocolate brown, ginger, honey blonde. Colors are so variant, but food is pretty stable, so that if you're describing something and you relate it to food, people know exactly what you're talking about.
So do these shorts resemble a melon color? It is how the designer described them, and although I wouldn't really consider them "melon", they are a pretty color. I thought they would look cute with my blue tie dye top. And of course it's pretty close to the temperature one might experience in Hades, so I went with sandals.
You want to guess the temp the day these were taken? 1-0-9! Disgusting right? Hope you all are enjoying far better weather than Fresno!
