You know when you go shopping for your clothes and you spot something from afar as you walk in and you have that half run-half walk thing going on so you can get there faster, but you don't want people to think you're some crazy loon?? Yeah, that was me when I spotted this adorable peplum skirt at Target a few weeks ago.
I had been searching for a peplum skirt for a while and wouldn't you know it...after all that searching I find a vintage one in black a few days later. Well now I have two, and you can't have enough of the peplum trend!
